At EasyBPLog (available at easy-log.app, bp.jp.easy-log.app, and bp.en.easy-log.app), we believe personal health data is profoundly private. Our application is architected from the ground up to operate 100% on your device (client-side) without sending or storing any health records on external cloud servers.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Health and Medical Records: Your systolic/diastolic blood pressure, pulse, medication notes, measurement dates, and times are stored exclusively in your browser's local IndexedDB. We never receive or store these data.
- Personal Identifiers: We do not require account registration, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
- Location Data: We do not request or track GPS coordinates.
- Third-Party Ad Tracking: We do not deploy third-party advertising networks, user fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking scripts.
3. Local Data Storage & User Control
All data entered into EasyBPLog remains on your device. You retain full ownership and control over your records at all times:
- Backup & Export: You can export your entire history as a standard JSON file at any time with one click.
- Data Deletion: Clearing your browser data/cache, or clicking the data reset button in settings, immediately and irrevocably erases all records from your local storage.
4. Cloudflare Infrastructure & Technical Logs
This web application is delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network (CDN). When you request pages, minimal technical connection logs (such as IP addresses, browser user-agent, and requested file paths) are processed transiently by Cloudflare to ensure network security, DDoS mitigation, and SSL/TLS encryption. These connection logs contain no personal health information and are never linked to any medical records.
5. Children's Privacy
Our service does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is transmitted off the device, child privacy is inherently protected.
